1. Privacy Guidelines: The privacy and confidentiality of our clients are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we ensure that any personal information and data collected during the private dance sessions will be kept secure and confidential.

2. Class Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please refrain from using the “Change” link in the confirmation email. We do not offer refunds for class cancellations by way of costumer or service provider. If in the case that the service provider cancels. Costumer will receive one credit of equal value. Credit will expire after 30 days.
Session and Filming Experience Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for this service. Only reschedule credits are given. If the Client cancels the services for any reason within a 30 day time span of scheduled service. The Client may Reschedule within a 14 day time span of cancellation with no additional fees. 

If Client cancels 14 days prior to scheduled session(s), Client will be charged an additional $35 fee and Client has a 7 day time span to reschedule session(s). If Client cancels 48 hrs prior to scheduled session, Client will be charged an additional $50 fee and Client has a 7 day time span to reschedule session(s). If Client cancels 24 hrs prior to scheduled session(s), Client will be charged  an additional $75 fee and forfeits reschedule of session(s). 

3. Attendance Policy & Booking Policy: Clients are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled class to ensure that they receive the full benefits of the session. If the client arrives late, outside of the set 10 minute check in buffer. Client will not be permitted into class. Sensual First bookings are a one time purchase. For those who have never taken a SBK class before. After your first class you must book under Spicy Single, Two Spicy or Fierce Four. You may review terms and conditions before booking classes through all links on the “Book Now” page.

4. Media and Filming Policy: No unauthorized photography, audio or video recording is permitted during class. Any filming or recording must be authorized by both the client and the instructor beforehand. This policy applies to all forms of media, including but not limited to, cell phone cameras, professional cameras, audio recording devices, and social media.

5. Authorized Filming or Recording: If the client wishes to record or film themselves in class, they must obtain prior approval from the instructor. The instructor reserves the right to decline any request for filming or recording during the session. If authorized, filming or recording is allowed for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed for monetary value without the written consent of the instructor.

6. Ownership of Media: All media created during class, including photos, audio recordings, and videos, remain the property of the instructor. The client may only use this media with the express written consent of the instructor.

7. Confidentiality: The instructor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all class attendees and will not share any personal or private information with any third party without the client's consent.

By booking a class with us, clients agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email.
