What do I wear, does it have to be lingerie?

No, you may wear anything you feel comfortable to dance and sweat in. Activewear is always a great start and having something to cover your knees like leggings or knee pads is a bonus.

What type of footwear do I need, is this a heels class?

Your footwear may be barefoot, gripped socks, sneakers, jazz shoes. No, this is not a heels class however if you have a background in heels technique you are welcome to bring them.

Do you permit class observations prior to me booking a spot?

No, there are no class observations. This space is very sacred. The number one priority is keeping the women feeling safe and calm. You may always book a private session with Karma as a trial run before joining in a full group setting.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for class cancellations. Please refrain from using the “Change” link in the confirmation email.

Do you permit personal or professional filming during classes?

Media and Filming Policy: No unauthorized photography, audio or video recording is permitted during class. Any filming or recording must be authorized by both the client and the instructor beforehand. This policy applies to all forms of media, including but not limited to, cell phone cameras, professional cameras, audio recording devices, and social media.

Authorized Filming or Recording: If the client wishes to record or film themselves in class, they must obtain prior approval from the instructor. The instructor reserves the right to decline any request for filming or recording during the session. If authorized, filming or recording is allowed for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed without the written consent of the instructor.

Ownership of Media: All media created during class, including photos, audio recordings, and videos, remain the property of the instructor. The client may only use this media with the express written consent of the instructor.
